BABCP, BCT, IPT, BA, MSc
I am a qualified and accredited CBT Psychotherapist with extensive experience helping individuals and couples overcome emotional and psychological difficulties. I trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at Oxford University, and later completed specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Couples Therapy (CBCT) at Royal Holloway, University of London.
As a BABCP-accredited therapist, I adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards, and I am fully insured to practice.
I have undertaken additional training in working therapeutically with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism, and I adapt CBT to ensure it is accessible, collaborative and affirming, recognising both the challenges and strengths that come with different ways of thinking and experiencing the world.

I work with clients experiencing a wide range of issues, including:
I draw on extensive clinical experience to tailor evidence-based CBT to each person’s unique situation. In our initial sessions, we develop a shared understanding of the difficulties you’re experiencing and identify clear, achievable goals. Therapy is collaborative and structured, focusing on understanding unhelpful patterns and developing realistic strategies to create lasting change.
If you’d like to find out more or discuss how therapy might help, please get in touch using the confidential and secure contact form.
Once you make contact, I will call you as soon as possible for a brief (10-15 min) chat, during which I will check out with you what you would like to work on and to introduce myself and arrange our first appointment.
