I have worked with Hal over a period of a few months following an intense period of anxiety and depression I went through. Hal is a very open-minded and compassionate listener but was also able to effectively challenge my thinking, ideas, and attitudes in a helpful way. The therapy I’ve received gave me a different perspective and equipped me with techniques to deal with difficult feelings if they arise in the future. We also worked on my misophonia where I felt I made substantial progress after a few sessions.
